January 28th - 31st - Auckland 2027

You know you've been overwhelmed, stretched thin and stressed. You can't remember the last time you took time for yourself.
You know you're carrying anger, shame or grief, and you avoid feeling it. You want to explore your sensuality and your desires, then shame yourself for wanting to. You know what you need in your relationships, and you still don't say it out loud.
As soon as you wake up, you feel overwhelmed and behind. Your endless to do list calls your name, your heart races and you start telling yourself you’re not doing enough.
At the end of the day, your jaw is tight and there’s a pit in your stomach but you ignore it, believing that you don’t have time for it, that you’re overreacting or being too emotional.
You struggle to stay present, feel grounded or feel in control of your own life.
You're not disconnected from your body because you’re broken.
You're disconnected because somewhere along the way, you learned it was easier to live in your head. To keep moving, keep doing, keep coping. You tell yourself you'll rest soon, but you're overwhelmed, stretched thin, and can't remember the last time you did something just for you.
Come Home is a 3 night retreat in Muriwai, Auckland.
One group. One place. Four days to come back to your body.
You'll leave more connected to your body, with a healthier relationship to your emotions, and the capacity to be authentic in your relationships and live on your own terms.
Being unapologetic, authentic and grounded aren't personality traits.
They're your birthright.
Come Home will show you how to make them your reality.

- You've rewritten the same message five times and still sent the small version.
- You say "I'm fine" so often you're not sure you'd know if you weren't.
- You want to ask your partner for more quality time together. Your inner critic tells you it's too much and you’re being too needy. That asking will push them away.
- Your alarm goes off and you already feel behind. Your heart races before your feet hit the floor. The to-do list never ends, and the voice in your head says "I'm not doing enough. I don't have time for myself."
- By the end of the day there's a pit in your stomach and tension in your jaw, yet you ignore it. "I'm overreacting. I don't have time for this. I'm too emotional."
- During intimacy you go numb. You go through the motions. Afterwards you lie there thinking "I'm broken. Something is wrong with me. Why can't I stay present?" You never get to ask what you actually needed.
- You've faked being present more than once, and blamed yourself instead of asking what you needed. And quietly, you believe everyone else was handed a manual for feeling at ease in their own body, and you were skipped.
There's nothing wrong with you.
What's missing is the safety to feel what's already there, without shame.
You're not broken. You learned to treat your body's signals as problems instead of information, and that can be unlearned.
My Golden Pleasure Method is designed to help you feel safe in your body, reclaim your power, and communicate your desires and boundaries with unapologetic clarity. It does this by rewriting your relationship to your body and emotions. It teaches you how to notice, name and validate emotions instead of suppressing them.
One normal emotion turns into a whole day of spiraling, activation and overwhelm.
- Mid-intimacy, you drift somewhere far away. You keep going through the motions, and afterwards you're left asking "what's wrong with me?" instead of what you would have needed in that moment.
- A friend asks how you're really doing. Your eyes fill with tears and you immediately start apologising for "being so emotional." You want to escape their support at the exact moment you need it most.
- Your partner cancels your plans at the last minute to see their friends. Your chest tightens. You say "no problem," then spend the day in bed telling yourself you're being needy. The one thing you wanted, time together, never gets said.
- Your partner has been distant for days. You type "I miss you and I'd love a call," look at it, and delete it. Now you're lonely and pretending you're not, and they have no idea anything needs fixing.
None of these moments look like much from the outside. That's the problem. They happen every day, and every day you don't learn another way, you pay for them again.
But what if, there was an experience where you could learn that you don’t need to apologise or shut down every time you wish you could speak up? What if you could learn exactly how to understand your needs, advocate for yourself and for the first time in what feels like forever, feel connected to your body again?
No apology. No shame. No hesitating.
A fully expressed version of you, waiting to be unleashed.
This is possible, at Come Home (you’re welcome in advance).

- The person who gives and gives, and can't ask. You know what you want, but it stays in the deleted text and the "whatever works for you is fine." You're the reliable one, and you're tired of being resentful about needs you never said out loud.
- The person who goes far away during intimacy. You're there on the outside and gone on the inside. Afterward you wonder what's wrong with you, when the real question is what you needed. You're ready to come back to your body without shame.
- The person who is competent and exhausted. Your heart races, your list never ends, and rest feels like something you have to earn. You're skeptical of retreat culture and want tools you can actually use on a Tuesday.
- The person in the middle of a shift. A breakup, a baby, a new relationship, a new stage of life. The old ways of relating to your body and your needs no longer fit, and you're ready to build something that does.
Different lives, same pattern: an inner critic running the show, and a body that's been trying to be heard. If you see yourself in any of these, this retreat is for you.

- Am I ready for this?We begin with safety, so nothing asks you to be further along than you are.
You don't need to have done therapy, meditation, or any kind of somatic work to attend this retreat. - How is this different from your workshops and 1:1 work?Workshops give you a taste of one pillar of my work in a few hours. This retreat takes you through all three (safety, expression, connection) in order, over four days, so each one builds on the last. You also get to be witnessed and build authentic relationships with the group. It's the same method, given room to actually land.
- What if group work feels too scary for me?That fear is the pattern this retreat works with. The voice that says "I'll be too much" or "I'll be the weird one" is the same inner critic we'll be learning to listen underneath. You'll build safety before any expression, you always have agency and choice in what you share. You only have to show up, and the room is built so your body can feel safe enough to take the next step.
- Who is welcome in this space? This retreat is for women and non-binary people. It’s an LGBTQIA+ safe and affirming space, welcoming people of all sexual orientations, gender identities and relationship structures.
Your body has been waiting years for you to listen to it, so the question is will you finally lean in or keep saying "I'm fine"?
